community patrol member reporting suspicious activity at fontana park. seven unmarked vehicles: ford expedition, 2 minivans, 1 black suv etc. all vehicles are parked next to each other, with one vehicle facing forward, the next facing back, and repeating in that pattern. one individual has a concealed badge and gun. all individuals are wearing sunglasses and hats.
